    Recess by Perkins Bacon 1857: Plate Proof for the 1 s. value printed in black on somewhat rough unwatermarked wove paper, a sheet marginal horizontal strip of seven, sheet marginal at left, positions 121-129, with just shaved to large margins all round. Some typical ironed wrinkles but a scarce multiple. Ex Osborne.
