    1864/69: 1 d. pink postal stationery cut-outs used on covers/fronts (6), three being illustrated envelope fronts signed by Henry 'Harry' Culshaw - with 1863 front to Prescot with comic executioner chopping off a head used from London to Prescot, 1864 front with comic Balloon illustration used from London to Prescot, the other used in 1865 with full colour illustration of a cold man holding a staff used from London to the same address (see "British Pictorial Envelopes of the 19th Century" by Jarvis, Bodily & Hahn page 285 for further examples by the same artist) and two further card backed fronts from a different artist, also a cut-square 1 d. pink used on 1869 double rate cover to Wakefield with 1864 1 d. red.
