    1841: 1 d. pink envelopes (2) used in 1854 and 1856 respectively, both sent registered, the 1856 cover with fine Embossed 1847/54 6 d. mauve used from Southwell to Worksop tied by '542' numeral obliterator in black with blue Worksop arrival (Sept 6) in blue; file fold but most attractive. Second cover with cut round 6 d. Embossed used from Wisbeach to Birmingham. Scarce pair.
