    1872/1902: Collection on leaves with study of Machine Cancellations on the the 1 d. pink postal stationery envelopes, with 1872 "Azemar" cancel on piece, 1885 range of "Höster" usages incl. Type IV on fine up-rated cover to Belgium, "Höster" red datestamps of 1887/88 on covers, the American "Boston"+ machine cancels on 1899/1901 covers, "Bickerdike" machine cancels with "V♚R" from 1899 onwards, "Columbia" machine cancels etc. A scarce group (19 covers, 3 pieces).
