    Charles Whiting 1837/39: Embossed cameo portraits of the young Queen Victoria from the drawings by R.J. Lane ARA, executed for Victoria's 18th birthday with Crown above, a circular design on card with oak leaf surround in pink (98 x 120 mm.), a further printing with elaborate border design encompassing 'Whiting Patent' and facsimile signature at base in grey (*), a bicoloured design of the cameo head on green and orange backgrounds with Royal Coat of Arms below the portrait (believed unique **), together with three different album page sized portraits in black of Lane's portrait.
