Smith and Stafford Smith, 1 s. green on blue env. for Stafford Smith all unused, later with a range of usages incl. scarce destinations: Bermuda (4 d. + 6 d.), Canada (6 d. + 1½ d.), Canada (6 d. + 2½ d.), Canada (6 d. + 3 d.), Canada (10 d. + 3 d.), together with Telegram forms with 6 d., 10 d., and a 1 s. example optd.
