    1840: Mulready 1 d. black letter-sheet, stereo A30, a used example superbly cancelled by black Maltese Cross, addressed to a Captain MacDonald of the Ship 'Lord Auckland' care of the "Jerusalem Coffee House" in London. Reverse with Arbroath despatch datestamp (Aug 30, 1841) and London arrival in red Gi = £ 550.
