'carminio rosa', a fresh and fine adhesive from plate II, large to huge margined, tied by light ANNULLATO 'a svolazzo' of Rossano with ASSICURATA handstamp in black alongside, on registered cover directed to Napoli. Reverse with arrival (March 6, 1861) cds in red. Attractive cover with despatch handstamp missing, letter rate of 5 gr. for 2½ sheets, doubled for registration, usage in the last days of the provisional government, signed A. & E. Diena, Avanzo & Chiavarello Sassone = € 2'400.
