    1910: Second Condominium issue ½ d. green pair, 1 d. red in a strip of four, 6 d. dull & deep purple and 1 s. black on green, all used on registered 1911 cover to Sydney tied by "PORT-VILA" cds's (April 11) in black. "Registered / Sydney" cds on reverse (April 24). A scarce issue on letter.
