    Incoming Mail 1883: OHMS Victoria Government Gazette printed Newspaper wrapper sent free of charges to the Colonial Secretary in Mauritius with manuscript "2 copies" at left, cancelled by "Melbourne / Victoria" duplex (Aug 4) with framed "MISSENT TO / MURCHISON" at lower right in black. Listed in the Ben Palmer census on page 142, one of just 20 pre-UPU items from Victoria  to Mauritius. Scarce.
