    1858: 5c rose-red wmk 5, just touched at bottom, otherwise oversize margins all round, paying the domestic portion of the postage on a letter from "SANTIAGO" to "Paris". The stamp is tied by the target handstamp to the letter, which bears a LONDON transit on the reverse, a French tax mark 12 decimen and an accounting mark, as well as French transits and an arrival. A fine letter of the Santaigo print with just the domestic postage pre-paid.
