    1865: Turkey 1 pi. brown Postage Due used as postage (paid to the border only) on cover to Triest tied by double circle "Brood" (Sarajevo) handstamp in black, "BROOD / IN / SLAVONIEN" datestamp above (Aug 26) and thence via 'Sissek / Bahnhof' (Aug 28) to Triest, where rated at '20' kr. to pay. Slight aging to the adhesive but scarce.
