'6', perf. 12, a used example on printed "On Public Service only" 1896 envelope to Birmingham with "Post & Telegraph Department / Tasmania" imprint at base tied by "Hobart / Tasmania" duplex (Sept 26) and framed "REGISTERED / HOBART" ennumerator in blue. London datestamp (Nov 3) on obverse and Birmingham arrival on the following day. An unusual usage.
