    Official 1899/1901: ½ d. yellow-green overprinted with wide "O.S." in black (Type 3), an unused example with variety "Overprint Double", the second overprint being shifted 2 mm. upwards and with less inking, fine, large part og. A great rarity, the sole example recorded by Chris Ceremuga and now, due to this, the "Besançon" example, listed by Stanley Gibbons. Cert.
