    1859: 5 c. violet and 10 c. orange chestnut, large to just shaved margins, used on 10 June 1860 entire letter to Mompos tied by oval framed "CARTAGENA / FRANCA" in blue with manuscript annotation of rate '15 c.' at left. An outstanding and most attractive entire paying the rate for a distance between 150 and 450 kms. Some minor acid inking but extremely rare. Signed E.
