    Incoming Mail 1858: Peru 1 p. red, good to huge margins all round, used on 10 December 1859 entire letter from Lima to José Manuel Restrep on Bogotá, tied by Lima in dots handstamp in black. Struck in transit with superb oval "PANAMÁ / DEBE" framed "DE ULTRAMAR" and '20' centavos rate marking in red.
