    Third London Printing 1862: 10 c. blue, two fresh and fine vertical bisects with good to enormous margins, used together forming again a complete stamp to pay a 10 centavos double rate on April 17, 1863 cover from San Felipe to Valparaiso, the two bisects cancelled by light target handstamp.
