Dom Pedro 1878/79: 10 r. vermilion, 20 r. violet, 50 r. blue and 200 r. black (light pre-use corner fold), four rouletted single examples used on Feb 12, 1878 cover from Santarém to Medford, tied by 'pinwheel' cork handstamp in black with SANTAREM despatch cds in black and "MEDFORD N. J." arrival (March 15) cds in blue alongside. Reverse with transit cds's of Pará, New York and Philadelphia.
