    Italian Post in Tunis, Levante Emissioni generali 1881 (Nov 9): Registered envelope from Tunisi to Livorno, bearing a 'Two King' mixed franking of 1878/79 Vittorio Emanuele with ESTERO ovpt 10 c. blue in a horizontal pair and 1881/83 Umberto 50 c. violet, tied by light barred '235' numeral obliterator in black. Front struck in addition by clear "TUNISI POSTE ITALIANE" cds, "coi Postali Italiani" and framed RACCOMANDATO handstamps, reverse with Livorno arrival (Nov 12) cds.
