    1887 (Dec 6): Registered printed matter entire letter, sent from Modica to Spaccaforno, bearing 1866 Torino printing 2 c. 'rosso mattone' in mixed franking with 1879 Umberto 10 c. carmine and 20 c. orange, tied by clear barred '2105' numeral obliterator with matching MODICA despatch cds and registration label as well as framed RACCOMANDATO handstamp alongside. Reverse with arrival cds of the next day. Attractive three-colour entire, the franking paying 2 c. postage for a printed matter up to 40 gram and 30 c. registration fee.
