    Regno, combination usage of Sardinian and Italian adhesives 1863 (Jan 15): Cover from Milano to Lavis, Tirol, bearing Sardinia IV. emission 20 c. 'celeste chiaro' in mixed franking with Italy Regno I. emission 20 c. 'indaco', fair to large margins and good perforation, respectively, tied by light MILANO cds in black, "P.D." in black alongside. Reverse with "Lavis 16 GEN." straight-line arrival datestamp. Some toning around the perforation of the Italian adhesive, nevertheless a very rare 'gemelli' franking of same colour and face from different issues, correct franking from the second Italian to the first Austrian rayon, signed A. Diena Zanaria & Serra 0,40 E1 = € 10'000.
