Fair "BOLOGNA 21 GEN. 60" despatch cds alongside, reverse with arrival cds of the next day. Appealing franking paying correctly the rare 4 ba. / 20 c. rate from the Romagna to the Toscana, valid beginning in November 1859, signed E. Diena; cert. Sorani (2003) Sassone = € 1'500.
