    1859 (Sept): ½ baj. 'giallo paglia', the upper right half of a diagonally bisected stamp attached to a full example, the multiple of 1½ adhesives with large to enormous margins all round with parts of the neighbouring stamp, fresh and fine with good colour, tied by grill obliterator with "BOLOGNA 28 NOV 59" despatch cds alongside, on cover within Bologna. Lightest vertical and horizontal file folds well away from the adhesives, a most attractive and correct franking for a local letter with 0.75 bajocchi reflecting the 3 centesimi rate.
