    Province Napoletane 1861: 1 gr. black, two single adhesives in combination with 2 gr. light blue, good to large margined adhesives, fine and fresh, well embossed, tied by crisp "TARANTO 12 SET 62" despatch cds, an information strike alongside, on cover to Napoli. Reverse with arrival cds (Sept 14). An unusual way to pay the 4 grana double rate. Signed Vaccari.
