    Falso dell'epoca 1859/61: 2 gr. 'carminio lilliaceo', type II, two fresh and fine single adhesives with large to huge margins and in a deep vivid shade, cancelled together by clear strike of central boxed ANNULLATO of Napoli, on entire letter via Bari to Noja. Reverse with Napoli despatch (Nov 20, 1860) cds in red. A letter 'franked' correctly for a second weight rate, a beauty sent in the period of the provisional government. Signed Raybaudi; certs. A.
