    1858: 2 gr. 'carminio vivo', plate III, large to huge margins, tied by the  ANNULATO 'a svolezza' with "LECCE 17 MAR. 1861" cds in red alongside, on cover directed to Napoli, reverse with arrival cds (March 20). A most interesting usage on the day of proclamation of the Kingdom of Italy, only three covers with Naples adhesives are known from that day. Cert. Colla (1993).
