    1851: 15 c. red-vermilion type II, printed on ribbed paper 'carta a coste verticali' with a typical wrinkle in the margin, a superb example with good to large margins and vivid colour, sheet margin at right (7-8 mm), tied by "PADOVA 7 NOV." (1851) two-line datestamp to cover directed to Verona with distribution handstamp alongside. Reverse with arrival cds of the next day. A most appealing cover with this rare paper variety, signed Seitz; cert. Bottacchi (2001) Sassone = € 3'250+.
