    1872: Cover from Paris to Constantinople, bearing Cérès 80 c. rose, a superb example tied by clear "P G L" railway station lozenge, matching "PARIS GARE DE LYON 29 MAI 74" despatch cds and framed PD in red alongside.  Reverse with two ambulant and "CONSTANTINOPLE TURQUIE 6 JUIN 74" arrival cds's. A beautiful franking to pay the July 1871 rate from France to a French office in the Levant, signed Brun.
