    1870: Entire letter from Troyes to Chaumont, bearing a mass franking of Napoléon laureated 1 c. green olive, two strips of five, the rightmost stamp at base with pre-use fold together with Cérès 1871 (Sept) 15 c. bistre, tied by light Gros Chiffres '4034' numeral lozenge, despatch cds (Oct 28, 71) alongside. Reverse with Paris - Belfort ambulant and arrival (Oct 29) cds's. A late 'September cover' in October 1871, a stunning franking, cert. E. Diena (1981).
