    1862: Napoléon perf. 20 c. blue in a horizontal tête-bêche pair with an additional adjacent horizontal pair, a fresh multiple with a few clipped perfs., tied by fair Gros Chiffres '1203' lozenge to envelope from Coutras to Libourne, despatch cds (April 8, 67) alongside. Reverse with Paris - Bordeaux ambulant cds and arrival cds of the next day. Archive folds well away from the stamps, cover with some wear and tear, the multiple detached for inspection and hinged back. Nevertheless a desirable presentation of this rare tête-bêche. The tête-bêche pair signed 'Union intersyndicale d'expertise française' (U.I.F.E.P.) on reverse, the cover signed Roumet & Miro; cert. E. Diena (1980) Yvert = € 3'500 / Maury T22 = € 3'000.
