    Niger Company Territories / Burutu 1899: Great Britain 1887 Jubilee 2½ d. purple on blue used on 1899 cover to Birmingham, tied by double framed "THE ROYAL NIGER COMPANY / CHARTERED & LIMITED / POST OFFICE / BURUTU" despatch (SG Type 4, seriffed) in violet (Jan 9, 1898 error); with "Paid / Liverpool / Br.
