    1894 (May): Collection on leaves with the set of six, incl. shades, unused; used examples with cancellation study with duplication and multiples cancelled at "Benin River" in black or red, "Bonny River" with complete set used with cds's in black or blue, "Bonny" and "Brass" squared circle usages, "Forcados River" with usages on 2 d. and 2½ d. in blocks of four, "Old Calabar River" with set and 2 d. block, "Opobo River" in violet, "Qua Iboe River" usages, front with five ½ d. used from "Sapele", further items from "Sombreiro River", "Warri" and "Bakana" etc. A fine lot (94 items) Gi = £ 600+.
