Colour Changes, wmk. Crown CC 1864/76: (6 d.) deep lilac, wmk. CC, perf. 12½, two horizontal pairs on 1870 entire letter to London endorsed 'per Mail' tied by Castries "A11" obliterators in black, somewhat smudged as usual, with manuscript '2/-' in red crayon alongside. 'St. Lucia' despatch cds (Dec 24) in black over-struck with 'London / Paid' arrival cds (Jan 14, 1871) in red. A charming and very rare entire.
