    Type 12 Surcharge 1883 (Jan): 1 d. orange, wmk. Small Star, a used strip / block of four, surcharged POSTAGE in black diagonally, two unsevered pairs, on large piece cancelled by circular "D" village datestamp (Jan 21, 1883) in black. Some staining sensibly removed but a excessively rare multiple - one of just two known Gi = £ 900+.rnProvenance: Collection L.J. Gilbert Lodge, Harmers, London; Collection Dr. R.P.
