    Provisional Surcharges 1886 (March 1): "Half / Penny" on 1877 6 d. green, four examples used with 1886 ½ d. dull green and Leewards Islands 1890 Keyplates ½ d. dull mauve & green and 2½ d. dull mauve & ultramarine used on 1891 cover to Munich all tied by vertical "A07" obliterators with 'Dominica' cds of despatch below (Feb 6) and oval 'R'. London Registered transit in red on front and reverse with Munich arrival datestamps (Feb 28). A scarce franking.rnProvenance: Collection H.
