1876/79: 12 c. pale violet, a single example used on 1880 registered cover to Lima, Peru tied by "Georgetown B. Guiana" double ring datestamp (Sept 25) with fine framed BRITISH / GUIANA / REGISTERED cachet in red below - earliest recorded date of use (Proud R2) and oval framed "Certificado / Lima" of arrival. Reverse with British Guiana Registered red wax seal and Lima cds (Nov 8).
