    All India Scouts Jamboree in Delhi 1937 (Feb. 2): Group of three  Rocket Mail labels in blue, red and green, each in a mint tête-bêche block of four signed 'Stephen Smith / Jamboree Camp / Delhi 2/2/372' and manuscript '25/25', all three with horizontal fold at bottom, away from stamps. Not often seen in compl. tête-bêche blocks of which only 25 had been printed Hopferwieser SS35V, 37V, 39V.
