    1854: Carta a macchina 45 c. blue type III with fair to large margins in combination with 1858 5 so. red type I, a fine example with good perforation, tied by bold "BERGAMO 17 / 12" cds to piece. A very rare combination franking of the first and second issue of Lombardo-Veneto, possible only in the two last months of 1858, signed Matl; cert. Ferchenbauer (1992) Sassone & Ferchenbauer listed but unpriced on piece.
