    Ville D'Orléans (Ballon Monté #33) 1870: Laureated 20 c. blue, sheet marginal, used on complete "Le Ballon Poste" No. 6, printed newspaper from beseiged Paris to Pau, tied by Paris Star with faint 'Paris / (60)' cds alongside (Nov 21). Reverse with Pau arrival cds (Dec 10) and manuscript "Reçu le 11 Decembre" at top. A very rare usage. Signed Calves. Cert. Robineau (1992).
