    Ville D'Orléans (Ballon Monté #33) 1870: Siège 20 c. blue, perfs. trimmed,used on entire letter from beseiged Paris to Dieppe, tied by Paris Star '15' with 'Paris / Rue Bonaparte' cds alongside (Nov 22 / levée 6). Reverse with Dieppe arrival cds (Dec 13) and forwarded on to London with framed "AFFRANCHISMENT / INSUFFISANT" in red and circular 'MORE TO PAY' in black with manuscript '4' (pence) due to pay. London arrival cds (Dec 19). Opens well for display, an attractive entire.
