Entire letter from beseiged Paris to Berlin, Prussia the (40 centimes) adhesive floated off due to immersion in sea water, struck with 'Paris / Rue Taitbout' cds of despatch (Nov 23, levée 6). Underpaid with "AFFR. INSUFF / P. 22" in black and charged '1¾' groschen due upon receipt in blue manuscript. No backstamp as usual, a fine and rare cover. Signed Roumet. Cert.
