    Ville D'Orléans (Ballon Monté #33) 1870: Mandal Mail. Flimsy envelope endorsed 'par Ballon Monté' from beseiged Paris to Brussels, Belgium, the (30 centime) adhesive floated off due to immersion in sea water, with 'Paris / (60)' despatch cds (Nov 21, levée 5); framed black "P.D." and reverse with Bruxelles arrival cds (Dec 13). Faults to envelope as to be expected. Signed Baudot.
