    1902 (March-April): Meched provisional 12 ch. blue, imperforate, a used example with large margins all round, counter-signed by Victor Castaign in red, cancelled by part MECHED cds in black. Slightest of aging as usual but a most attractive example of a rare stamp. Signed Sadri Scott 227 = $1'500/Mi 177 = € 1'200/Gi = £ 1'000.
