    George V Key Plate issues 1912/25: 20 r. black & red on blue, wmk. Multiple Crown CA, perf. 14, used on 1916 10 c. pink postal stationery registration envelope to London tied by Colombo cds with "Insured / Valeur Déclarée" label at left.  'Registered / London' arrival in red below (Jan 31). Some slight surface scuffs to envelope but a very rare usage of this stamp on letter.
