    1898 (Dec): De La Rue Colour Trials (4), imperforate on unwatermarked paper for 1 r. 50 c. on 2 r. 50 c., one printed in lilac and the other in bistre brown; and for the 2 r. 25 c. on 2 r. 50 c. value with the Trials in green and in rose-red. Fresh and very fine, on the original paper ex the Appendix sheet and illustrated in the De La Rue Collection edited by Frank Walton RDP on page 2529. Superb and rare.
