1882 (Oct): 16 c. on 24 c. green, surcharged by Government printer in black, a used example on 1883 cover to England in combination with 1883 4 c. rosy mauve tied by "20" numeral obliterator with "Dodanduwa" despatch cds adjacent (Feb 5) in black. reverse with 'Colombo / Paid' cds (Feb 6) and Leeds arrival (Feb 28).
