    Prepared for use and sent to Ceylon, but not issued without the 1885 surcharge 1872/80: 32 c. slate, wmk. Crown CC, perf. 14 x 12½, an unused example of excellent colour, centred somewhat to right, fine perforations all round, large part og. A great rarity and seldom seen. Cert. RPSL (1916) with certificate signed by E. Denny Bacon and further enhanced by "this stamp is mint, W. Houtzamer" Gi = £ 1'400.
