Recess by De La Rue on handmade paper 1867/70: 2 s. deep blue, wmk. Crown CC type 6, perf. 12½, an unused block of forty-eight (6 x 8), corner marginal from top left of the sheet, one piece of margin missing but with near complete CROWN COLONIES watermark at left, of fabulous rich colour and appearance but for a few small and insignificant specks of aging, large part and mostly unmounted og.
