    Recess by Perkins Bacon 1857: 1 s. slate-violet, wmk Star, imperforate, an unused example with good to large margins all round, in a dull shade, unused without gum and some pressed wrinkles, nevertheless an extremely rare stamp in unused condition with few recorded.
