Express Issue, 3rd State 1878/79: State III, 5 s. green, perf. 12½, a used horizontal pair, positions 3-4 on the sheet of ten subjects, pos. 3 with broken ornament undser "M" of SAMOA and pos. 4 with dot on top right arabesque; slight thin spots and wrinkles not detracting from the fine appearance, lightly cancelled APIA / SAMOA in black.
